Vereinbarung für Foto und Videos:
Der Künstler sichert zu und steht dafür ein, dass der Urheber der Fotos und Videos auf sein Urheberbezeichnungsrecht gemäß § 13 Satz 2 UrhG wirksam verzichtet hat, dieser Verzicht für alle Arten der Veröffentlichung des Fotos/Videos erfolgt ist und auch eine Veröffentlichung durch Stein Management einschließlich Veröffentlichungen in Presse und Medien, sowie im Internet umfasst.
Der Künstler stellt Stein Management von sämtlichen Ansprüchen des Urhebers sowie sonstiger Dritter, einschließlich der angemessenen Kosten der Rechtsverteidigung aus und im Zusammenhang mit der Verletzung von Urheberpersönlichkeitsrechten frei.

The Artist assures and warrants that the author of the photos and videos has effectively waived his copyright according to § 13 sentence 2 UrhG, that this waiver applies to all types of publication of the photo/video and also includes a publication by Stein Management including publications in the press and media as well as on the Internet.
The artist shall indemnify Stein Management from all claims of the author as well as other third parties, including the reasonable costs of legal defense arising from and in connection with the violation of moral rights.
